and French doors leading onto a gravelled patio area and garden. Lounge stairs
lead to a lovely beamed galleried bedroom with double bed.
Large hallway leading to a large well equipped kitchen with washing machine,
fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven cooker, microwave and cd/radio. Smaller
hallway to backdoor leading to large communal grassed play area. Large bathroom
with bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin. Stairs to two beamed
bedrooms. One with double bed + cot and one with double bed and a single bed
with pull out bed.

Stable Cottage (sleeps 4 people). entrance hallway with storage cupboard. Tiled bathroom with bath, shower over bath, toilet and hand basin. Lovely lounge with TV and video radio/cd Open plan kitchen with oven, washing machine, fridge and microwave. Back door leads to communal grassed area. There is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with adult sized bunks. Cot and high chair by request.

There is one bedroom with double bed and tiled en-suite shower room with quadrant corner shower, toilet and washbasin. Hall way leads to back door to gravelled patio area for own use and grassed communal area.
