Information and Conditions
All cottages have
recently been completely rebuilt yet retain old features like oak beams and
stone walls and have good views of the surrounding countryside.
Bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. Electric and fuel are
included in the price. A welcome pack is set for your arrival.
Scarborough 8 miles. Whitby 12 miles. Heartbeat country 15 miles. York 60
minutes away. Local shop and post office 5 minutes walk. Local pub with food at
Hayburn Wyke. Sorry no pets on this working farm. Smoking allowed outside
the cottages only.
A £100 deposit secures your holiday with the balance due 8 weeks before your
arrival. If you are booking within 8 weeks of your holiday we require payment in
full. Cheques are to be made payable to "Dale view cottages Ltd".
Please arrive after 3pm on your first day and leave by 10am to allow us time to
clean the cottages.
